    The easy recipe can be served on its own, if you wanted to add a touch more sweetness to the pudding, you could blend some raspberries together with a splash of boiled water (from 6 months) to make a raspberry puree and swirl that through as well as the tastes from the blueberries and strawberries! delicious!

    You could serve as part of a main meal alongside spaghetti bolognaise or cottage pie.

    Storage instructions

    You can store the pots in small airlock containers or a large airlock container for up to 3 days in the fridge! If preferred you can store in the glass jar for a ready on the go snack!

    This recipe can be frozen too for up to 3 months, you can store in air lock jars or air lock containers or even an air lock freezer bag for up to 3 months!

    To defrost, leave in the fridge overnight and make sure it has been fully defrosted before serving.

    Once defrosted, you will not be able to refreeze.

    This is a great recipe as a nutritious snack or make ahead breakfast for those busy mornings. Great for baby-led weaning and toddlers.

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Start by mashing the blueberries in a small bowl, in a separate bowl mash the strawberry.
    2. Take your jar and start by spooning 2 tablespoons of the cottage cheese into the jar.
    3. Next spoon in the mashed blueberries followed by 2 tablespoons of the Greek yogurt.
    4. Spoon the mashed strawberry on top of the Greek yogurt and then the remaining 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese.
    5. Top with the remaining strawberry for garnish if you’re using.

    Notes

    You can blitz the cottage cheese in a food processor if you like, I know sometimes little ones do not like the texture of cottage cheese, so blitzing the cottage cheese still leaves the flavour without the lumps.
