Apple and strawberry purée - I have used an apple and purée pouch for convenience, but you could purée strawberries at their peak of ripeness and stewed apples to create an alternative.
Greek yogurt - The perfect creamy topping for this snack/dessert! You could add some of the purée to the plain yogurt to make a strawberry yogurt.
Peanut butter - I use a 100% peanut butter with no added additives or sugar.
Freeze dried sweet strawberries - These are an optional ingredient but I like to use them in my recipes. They are a great alternative to fresh strawberries, you can use finely chopped strawberries too!
Serving suggestion
These strawberry yogurt bites are a great snack served on their own. You could serve after a main meal or serve as a delicious afternoon snack.
You could serve the homemade strawberry treats with some additional Greek yogurt for dipping. Alternatively you could serve with, a Weetabix muffin or carrot cake muffin.

Storage instructions
The frozen yogurt bites are obviously best kept in the freezer as they are a freezer item.

Silicone cups - I love reusable kitchen stuff! These silicone muffin cases are dishwasher and freezer safe and can be used in the oven up to 230 degrees C! Ideal for individual baby portions.
Muffin tin - A non-stick muffin pan that will easily clean any spills from the muffin cases. You will need one of these to easily hold the muffin cases.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Prepare your muffin tray with the silicone cups.
- Divide the fruit puree equally between the 6 cups.
- Pop them in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
- After an hour or so, spoon over the Greek yogurt in each cup. Level the cups out using a spoon.
- Pop them back in the freezer for at least an hour.
- Drizzle the peanut butter over the rest of the ingredients, if you need to melt the peanut butter in the microwave to drizzle over the top of the yogurt you can do that too!
- Sprinkle over the freeze dried strawberries if you’re using them to finish them off.
Notes
Alternative fresh fruit you could use that would equally work within this delicious treat recipe:
Different fruits such as blueberries, apple, raspberry, blackberry or diced strawberries. These are great as a small bite/healthy treat too!
You could mix together into a large bowl and mash together if you wish for added nutrition.
You could also use a dairy-free yogurt to make the recipe vegan/dairy free.
